Anne Marie McLaughlin is a NY state educated and licensed PT offering over 25 years of experience in outpatient Physical Therapy care. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Long Island University Brooklyn School of Physical Therapy, Anne has worked in locations throughout Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties. Specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, Anne is certified in both Lymphedema Management and Kinesiotaping, lending a unique perspective to the one-on-one care she offers her patients. She is also a Clinical Instructor for the Stony Brook University, Touro University, and New York Institute of Technology's Doctor of Physical Therapy programs, helping students complete the requirements for future careers in Physical Therapy.
Nicholas DeMarco is a NYS licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. His background and unique experiences working with athletes and varied patient populations allow him to help people quickly reach their fitness and rehabilitation goals. Prior to a career in PT, Nick worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Toronto Blue Jays where he was awarded the 2012 Gulf Coast League Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year. Nick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Nazareth College where he received an award for Clinical Excellence. As a new resident to the Three Village Community, he is eager to share his passion for fitness with our admirably health-conscious community.
Ofra Pottorf received her BS in Biochemistry from SBU. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College SHS. She started her career in orthopaedic physical therapy and is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopaedics. She is a certified SFMA and ImPACT concussion trained provider. She was involved in developing exercise and fitness programs tailored to bariatric patients at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital. She has lectured on a series on helping post-surgical bariatric patients get "back on track" via implementation of fitness and vocational modifications. Ultimately, her passion for postsecondary education let her back to academia. She is matriculated in the PhD program specializing in PostSecondary and Adult Education at Capella University. Her research interests are in the area of investigating reliability and validity of new technologies and smart-devices in clinical practice.
